Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the MQD apparel designer, create an account, save a design, or place an order.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for providing accurate contact, shipping, product, size, and quantity information.

Your artwork and content

You keep ownership of artwork you upload. By submitting artwork for a design or order, you confirm that you have permission to use and reproduce it and authorize Morales Quality Designs to use it to create mockups, production files, and the ordered products. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.

Design previews

Two-dimensional layouts and three-dimensional mockups are visual previews. Screen color, fabric, printing, garment shape, and manufacturing tolerances can cause reasonable differences in color, position, scale, and appearance on the finished product.

Orders and payment

Prices and shipping are shown before secure checkout. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and the design can be produced. We may contact you about artwork quality or production issues and may cancel and refund an order that cannot reasonably be produced.

Shipping, changes, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy are part of these terms.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or correct the designer and its features. We work to keep saved designs and orders available, but customers should retain original artwork files.
