Privacy

This policy explains the information Morales Quality Designs uses to provide the designer, customer accounts, and custom-order services.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address and sign-in identifier.
• Design content, uploaded artwork, saved designs, mockups, and production files.
• Order details, including products, sizes, quantities, prices, payment status, contact details, and shipping address.
• Design requests, including your name, email, garment, quantity, and design instructions, so MQD can reply and prepare a quote.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
• Website usage information, such as pages viewed, interactions, referral source, device/browser information, and approximate geographic region, collected through website analytics.

How we use information

We use information to save and reopen designs, create and fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent misuse, secure accounts, and maintain the service.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website. Supabase supports account, database, and file-storage features; Resend delivers design-request and order emails; Stripe processes checkout and payment information; Google may provide optional account sign-in; Vercel hosts the website; Google Analytics helps us understand website traffic and usage; and OpenAI may process design instructions when you choose to use the MyMerchNow ChatGPT integration. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Morales Quality Designs does not store complete payment-card numbers.

ChatGPT integration

When you use MyMerchNow through ChatGPT, OpenAI processes the instructions you submit in ChatGPT. MyMerchNow receives only the validated garment and layout fields needed to prepare the design handoff, such as the selected product, print zones, colors, text, placement, and a design context reference when one is needed to restore website artwork. MyMerchNow does not receive your OpenAI password or complete ChatGPT conversation history through the design tools.

Design voting and shirt reveal videos

When you create a public voting page, its title, selected garment previews, closing date, and vote totals are visible to anyone with the link. Original artwork files and account details are not included in the public page. Visitors can vote without signing in. We use a random browser identifier and a hashed network identifier to limit repeat votes and misuse. A voting page remains available with its results after voting closes.

Shirt reveal videos are recorded on your device and include MyMerchNow branding. Downloading a reveal does not automatically publish it or send it to social media.

Device storage

The designer may use browser storage to keep cart, design, and checkout-recovery information on your device. Clearing browser data may remove information that has not yet synchronized to your account.

Retention and sharing

We keep information as reasonably needed to provide orders, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We do not sell customer personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect customers, the business, or the service.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing mqdrva@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or order-fulfillment reasons.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and its update date will appear on this page.
