Every MQD product is custom prepared from the design submitted with your order.

Shipping rates
Standard United States shipping is calculated from the total number of items in the cart:

| 1–9 items | $10 |
| 10–19 items | $15 |
| 20 or more items | $20 |
The exact shipping charge is displayed before you continue to secure checkout and again in Stripe Checkout.
Processing and turnaround
Once paid, turnaround is usually 2–3 weeks. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders, we ask for an additional one-week grace period in case we need extra time for production or order handling.
Production begins after payment is confirmed. Because each item is custom, preparation time can vary with the product, quantity, and design. We will contact you if an order needs additional information or if its expected timing changes.
Shipping address
Customers enter and confirm the shipping address during secure checkout. Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected. We may be unable to change an address after production or shipment begins.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information will be provided when available. If a package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email mqdrva@gmail.com with your order reference.
