Plan the layout before you order

Pressure washing shirt design ideas that stay readable.

A strong pressure washing shirt should identify the company quickly without turning every print zone into competing information. Use these layout ideas as a starting point, then build the garment directly in the MyMerchNow 3D designer.

Front: keep the primary mark easy to recognize

A smaller logo or abbreviated company mark usually works well on the front. If the shirt already has a detailed all-over background, give the logo enough contrast so it does not disappear into the design.

Back: use the biggest space for the biggest message

The back can carry a larger logo, phone number, web address, service list, or short call to action. Prioritize one main message rather than trying to fit every service the company offers.

Sleeves, collar, and hood: support the main design

Use secondary zones for brand colors, small marks, service abbreviations, or supporting graphics. These areas can make the uniform feel custom without distracting from the company name and contact information.

Design for the real work environment

MyMerchNow garments are bleach resistant and chemical resistant. When building a pressure washing or soft washing uniform, choose a layout that remains easy to recognize while the crew is actively working, moving between properties, and appearing in before-and-after photos.

Three layouts to try

Choose one clear way to show your company

Start with a layout that matches how customers will see your crew. These are design suggestions, not finished customer examples.

Simple company uniform

Place a small company logo on the front and a larger version on the back. Add one contact method below the back logo. Use the sleeves for a small supporting mark or brand color.

Works well when: your company name is the main message and you want a clean, consistent crew look.

Services and contact layout

Use the front for your company logo. On the back, put the logo first, a short list of your main services second, and a clear phone number or website below. Keep social icons smaller than the main contact details and center the group.

Works well when: customers need to understand what you do while seeing your team at a property.

Bold all-over design

Build a background with your brand colors, then leave a calmer area behind the company name and contact details. Carry the colors onto the sleeves without repeating the full service list in every zone.

Works well when: you want a recognizable shirt for crew photos, videos, and everyday jobs.

Before you start

Prepare your logo and contact information

  • Use the original logo file when possible. A transparent PNG can avoid an unwanted rectangle around the artwork; a screenshot may include background pixels and blur.
  • Decide on one main contact method. Check every digit of a phone number and every letter of a website before adding it to the shirt.
  • Choose a short service list that reflects what your company actually offers. Leave secondary details for your website.
  • Choose two or three brand colors and check that your lettering stands out against the background.

Before checkout

Pressure washing shirt design checklist

Review the same design in the flat workspace and the 3D view before choosing your order.

  1. Check the front: can you recognize the company name without studying the background?
  2. Check the back: is the main contact detail larger and clearer than supporting icons or extra wording?
  3. Check each print zone: keep essential lettering away from visible cut lines and review each sleeve, collar, or hood available on your garment.
  4. Rotate the preview: inspect front, back, and both sides. Do not assume artwork on one zone automatically continues onto another.
  5. Proofread the artwork: check spelling, service names, phone numbers, website addresses, and any social handles.
  6. Check the order: confirm garment, sizes, and quantities before checkout. Review the shipping policy and returns policy for the current order terms.
