Print-shop subscription terms
Version: October 12, 2026. Monthly subscriptions are available to approved businesses.
Your subscription
The 2D designer costs $49 USD per month. The 2D + 3D designer costs $99 USD per month. Each subscription covers one approved business and its branded shop link. Payment is collected through Stripe, renews monthly until canceled, and starts only when you choose a paid subscription. The seven-day unpaid pilot never converts automatically.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime through Manage billing in your private business setup page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues through that period. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact MYMERCHNOW at mqdrva@gmail.com for billing help or access recovery. If you cannot open your private link, contact us before your renewal date for cancellation help.
What the service provides
Your customers can design without signing in, download their design package, and send an unpaid order request to your business. Your business handles garment availability, final quotes, artwork checks, production, taxes, delivery, customer payments and disputes. MYMERCHNOW does not collect garment payments for your shop. Design previews and exports do not guarantee print readiness.
Business setup and changes
Email confirmation and administrator approval are required. Changes to shop offerings and prices require review. Contact support to request a plan change; automatic upgrades and downgrades are not offered at launch. You must have permission to use all uploaded logos and artwork.
Access and service limits
A failed or overdue payment may pause the branded link until payment is confirmed. Expired and paused links cannot accept requests. Administratively suspended links remain paused even after payment. Request limits apply to protect email delivery; contact support if your business needs higher volume. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every receiving inbox will accept email.
