Unpaid design and order requests
Customers can design without an account. Sending a request does not purchase a garment or collect payment. The print shop confirms artwork, garment availability, the final price, shipping, production and payment directly with its customer. Estimates exclude tax and shipping. A preview or downloaded file does not guarantee print readiness.
Information included with your request
Your name, email, phone number, notes, design files, selected garment, sizes and quantities are sent to the receiving print shop through our email service. The print shop keeps and handles the email and attachment in its own inbox. Contact that shop about its handling of your request and artwork.
Saved design ZIP files download to your device. This service does not provide a customer account or a server-side saved-design library. The service keeps a private record of request identifiers and delivery status. Business setup information and shop settings are stored to operate the branded link. Email delivery is provided by Resend; hosting and data services use Vercel and Supabase.
Business pilot access
Business email confirmation and administrator approval are required. Approved unpaid access lasts seven days. Expired or paused shop links stop accepting requests. No subscription charge is collected, and the pilot does not automatically become a paid plan. Business setup changes require review.
Support and account access
Business owners use their private confirmation-email link to review or update setup details. Keep this link private. It expires after thirty days. Contact MYMERCHNOW if you need help recovering access, correcting business information or requesting removal.
For garment orders, final quotes, production timing or returns, contact the print shop receiving the request.
Monthly subscriptions
Approved businesses can separately choose the $49/month 2D plan or $99/month 2D + 3D plan. The unpaid pilot never converts automatically. See subscription terms, cancellation and refunds.
